We are about: Building Family – Building Community
A word about family:
We believe God speaks to us through family. Togetherness and unity being a part of family life that God wants us to experience.
We want to help people feel connected, whether they belong to a strong family, are single, or are just starting a family of their own. We believe each person has a desire to feel connected and loved by God, and to feel connected and loved by people around them. So we endeavor to have a place where friendship with God, and relationship with people thrive. It’s still a work in progress, but we are excited about the process of getting there.
Building Community comes out of reaching out to others with the love and the acceptance we have discovered. We want each person to be connected to a church, or this church and experiencing God for themselves. The Christian church should be a positive model in the world, and we want it to start with us.
Isaiah 61 in the bible, is a key chapter in learning about God as a father, and what he wants us to experience as His children. (This is one of our foundational scriptures we want to live by.)
